Knowing the components of economic education provides the dynamic background of education in this field. The aim of the current research is to investigate the indicators and components of the economic education curriculum. The approach of the current research is qualitative and its method is research synthesis. The research community is all the articles (211 articles) that have been presented from 1390 to 1401 AD and from 2010 to 2022 AD regarding economic education in curricula. The sample of the research is 32 articles, which were selected based on thematic monitoring, theoretical data saturation, and purposefully. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied articles. By analyzing the data, the dimensions of vitality in the curriculum of the elementary school in 4 factors and 55 categories including the dimension of individual factors (including indicators and components related to personality characteristics); The dimension of culture and economic ethics (economic fields in the society); The dimension of economic concepts and knowledge (indices in economic education) and the dimension of collective and communication concepts (communication and interaction indicators in education) were classified. Economic education is dependent on internal and external components in educational systems, which requires macro-planning in this field.

In this article, from objective and historical approach, we tried to consider the relationship between law special criminal law on the one Hand and industrial- economic development on the other hand. The main point of view of authors is that the studying criminal law of development countries shows that it will be impossible to access development objects without the legal and modern criminal law system especially at the beginning of industrialization. This relationship has not been unilateral and the industrialization and development change the understanding of law from the concept of crime, criminalization, punishment and its enforcement. The change of this approach and the requirements of modern industrial society cause the change in basis of criminalization and defining of new crimes. The criminal law of some countries with traditional ideas has not tendency to accept this changes and to adopt law and their ideas with these changes in the manner that some traditional crimes and violent punishment in this countries show the lack of their development.

The unspecified government's role in economy is a serious shortage in our Public Law system leading to economic disturbance, especially in terms of monopolies. The author tries to present a summary of human's experiences on the role of government in economy, its main obligations and its implementation tools especially public enterprises and monopolies. Then based on this model, he evaluates economic monopolies and privatization policies adopted for economic reorganization according to general policies stipulated in Article 44 of Islamic Republic of Iran's Constitution. He concludes that these policies are considered a positive step but are not sufficient to create ideal situation needed for economic competition.

Last century has witnessed the emergence and the growth of national economic regulations which are promoted by the widespread and profound changes in social and economic relations in modern societies which require the intervention of state to rectify many failures of the free operation of market forces. As free operation of market forces could fail to achieve justice, efficiency or security within national borders, economic regulation to deal with monopolies, asymmetric information, externalities and where national interest could be compromised in international trade, have been introduced. However, the regulatory theories in the areas of competition law, securities regulation and exchange control make sense only within the national borders and against a national political theory. On the other hand, the process of globalization and internationalization of markets has brought about many forms of international market failures against which the national regulatory regimes could not be easily applied and there is no international regulatory regime acceptable to. all states. The unilateral and extraterritorial application of national regulatory laws, therefore, could lead to conflict of jurisdictions and tension between exercising state and the target state. The paper tries to identify the role which international law could play to accommodate the conflicting interests through the demarcation of the jurisdictional boundaries in a highly integrated and globalized economy.

Information Law is an emerging field of study which its subject-matter, aims and issues are under-developing and formulation. There are three main approaches to information law issues and challenges: one approach, maintains that information is free or must be free, second approach, based on propertization, extends property protections to information, and third one insists on the cost-benefit control of information. This article, with due regard to third approach, intends to elaborate on the Information Law by applying concepts and methods of economic analysis of law.Information, in the economic analysis of Law, being as public goods, has special features which distinguish it from other goods. These features make its market special and different from other markets. Hence, regulation of information issues and market must be based on these features.

Sovereignty is the legal authority of the government in international relations, and one of the forms of governance of governments is economic sovereignty. The economic sovereignty of the government has been defined as the supreme authority of the government in the economic will in the international arena. Among the sources of international law, five international documents have tried to explain the negative and positive aspects of the government's economic sovereignty in the international field. In order to measure the efficiency of the economic governance model, this article has undertaken the economic analysis of the government's economic governance in the international arena and has made five key economic theories the basis of the economic analysis of the government's economic governance. According to the analysis, the Keynesian economic theory guarantees the economic efficiency of the government more than other theories in accordance with the current situation of the international community due to its economic realism and order-oriented approach in implementing the government's decisions. It is worth mentioning that the characteristic of realism cannot be completely considered as a desirable model due to the neglect of human rights considerations, and governments are obliged to take such considerations into account in the implementation of economic governance.
